In the scope of our modernization activities, we carry out major refits and repairs that require replacement of equipment such as elevator cars, control devices, hoisting cables and winches, etc.
Lifts, lifting equipment, and escalators, like all technical equipment, need to be renovated periodically to a greater or lesser extent for the sake of safe operations.
Failures, malfunctions, and worn-out parts that are discovered during regular monthly maintenance or an annual technical inspection are assessed on-site, and then we make a detailed offer for renovation. Site preparation will be carried out only after all of the materials are purchased so that the work is completed as quickly as possible, thereby minimizing the inconveniences resulting from downtime during installation.
